Wind Ensemble
Project description...
Next week we will be spending our band class decorating music stands. You will work in your sections. Think of decorating your music stand with things you already have at home that you're able to bring in. It is not necessary to purchase anything for this activity, but it you bring in materials from home, it might help create your dream stand more easily.
I will be providing some materials to get yourselves started. Each groups materials will be different and be selected blindly by the students.
Band students from concert band, band students from symphonic band, and faculty will vote on their favorite music stand.
The winning team will win TWO LESSON CREDITS (cannot count towards GT mentor lessons) for marking period 2!!!!!
Teams: Flutes (6), Clarinets & bass clarinet (4), Saxes (5), Horns/Trombones/Piano (5), Trumpets (5), Percussion (7)
